I never thought I’d leave a 5-star review for a storage unit, but Westward Storage has earned it easily. From the moment I arrived, I could tell this place was different. I've been with this storage facility for quite a long time. Although, there have been a few price hikes since I've been here, I'm happy with the managers Craig and Sherry. They are a nice couple. It's easy to talk with them. The facility is always clean and it's easy to get in and out in a hurry when I need to go there to get things or drop off stuff. There's also a restroom, which is a plus for sure. Not knowing how much longer I'll be needing a storage unit, I'm really hoping to have no more price hikes for a while. 🤞🙏
Been renting units here for few years now and have rented units in 4 other locations prior. So far no other place i used beat this location based on Quality of Service from Staff, Safety/Security of Premises, and the Pricing compared to nearby comparable locations. Other great features are Month to Month contracts, OCD clean bathrooms, video surveillance and low internal foot traffic.
This review is long overdue. I have used this awesome facility since 2013. Craig and Sherry are the on site managers and Carol fills in on the days they are not in. All three are simply the friendliest and helpful people one could ask for. They take their business seriously but maintain an incredible aura of sincere warmth and friendliness to all of their customers. This is more than a simple business deal. The upkeep of the facility is safe, nice, and clean. The Resident Managers, Craig and Sherry, were very cordial and helpful.
