If you ever need any type of service I suggest you don’t go to a guy name Juan We asked him how long it would take to get a diagnosis on the car He said either today or tomorrow It’s super fast That was a Friday Am getting my car back almost a week and half later Had to get a rental car because just like any other person I have a job Spoke with the manager name Jacob super nice and understanding But the other guy not even an apology nothing! Think twice about coming to this dealership

Clean, professional and quick are the three words that come to mind when describing Westway Ford Quick Lane. Carina did an amazing job getting me in quickly and making sure my car was getting the correct services. She went above and beyond anything I could have expected. I hope her boss recognizes her hard work. I would recommend anyone to come get their car serviced here

Waited an hour to have a battery installed? Should have done it myself in 5 mins. Took them 40 mins just to fill out the paperwork and put it in the system. Seriously? Then this is the view while we wait. 3 mechanics just sitting around. With 7 people total doing nothing. Not a single car is being worked on by anyone. Poor poor service. I keep trying them because they are close by and I have a hybrid Ford but each time the customer service and communication get worse. This week they might have made me the angriest I've ever been. If you want absolutely no communication at any point from the people fixing your car (except when it's time to pay, of course) and then to be made to wait over a week after it's been fixed to hear from them, by all means, go with Westway Ford. Andres was my advisor and got my car taken care off without any negative experience ! He’s great and I can only advise you to go see him when getting your car serviced ! The service team is also exceptional and fixed my car without any problems. Great service !
