Andres was my advisor and got my car taken care off without any negative experience ! He’s great and I can only advise you to go see him when getting your car serviced ! The service team is also exceptional and fixed my car without any problems. Great service !

Carina did an amazing job getting me in quickly and making sure my car was getting the correct services. She went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Took my truck because it had an oil leak after hitting something on the road. It took them 1 week to put it in the lift, they took another week trying to find the leak, they took another week trying to convince my insurance to cover an oil pan replacement because it had a “hair line crack” but no leak. They were going to charge over 3k in labor to replace an oil pan that had NO OIL LEAK. The oil leak was my only concern to begin with. I keep trying them because they are close by and I have a hybrid Ford but each time the customer service and communication get worse. This week they might have made me the angriest I've ever been. If you want absolutely no communication at any point from the people fixing your car (except when it's time to pay, of course) and then to be made to wait over a week after it's been fixed to hear from them, by all means, go with Westway Ford. Waited an hour to have a battery installed? Should have done it myself in 5 mins. Took them 40 mins just to fill out the paperwork and put it in the system. Seriously? Then this is the view while we wait. 3 mechanics just sitting around. With 7 people total doing nothing. Not a single car is being worked on by anyone. Poor poor service.
