Clean, professional and quick are the three words that come to mind when describing Westway Ford Quick Lane. Carina did an amazing job getting me in quickly and making sure my car was getting the correct services. She went above and beyond anything I could have expected. I hope her boss recognizes her hard work. I would recommend anyone to come get their car serviced here
Andres was my advisor and got my car taken care off without any negative experience ! He’s great and I can only advise you to go see him when getting your car serviced ! The service team is also exceptional and fixed my car without any problems. Great service !
Waited an hour to have a battery installed? Should have done it myself in 5 mins. Took them 40 mins just to fill out the paperwork and put it in the system. Seriously? Then this is the view while we wait. 3 mechanics just sitting around. With 7 people total doing nothing. Not a single car is being worked on by anyone. Poor poor service. Dealing with them back in 2020 I had a pretty good experience getting my first car. Then recently trading in that vehicle for a truck I was feeling fantastic. Had my 2017 f150 for only 2 months and already has some issues with it. The worse was my front brakes were rubbing like metal on metal. Took it in and apparently all 4 brakes and rotors were bad. I keep trying them because they are close by and I have a hybrid Ford but each time the customer service and communication get worse. This week they might have made me the angriest I've ever been. If you want absolutely no communication at any point from the people fixing your car (except when it's time to pay, of course) and then to be made to wait over a week after it's been fixed to hear from them, by all means, go with Westway Ford.
