WG&R goes the extra mile again! What a great experience! I bought a Tempur-pedic bed from John Olson, a few months ago, in Green Bay. I couldn’t seem to adjust to it and after 90 days I called to find out about the exchange program. The CS rep, Chris, couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. Hannah did a fantastic job helping me pick out the perfect mattress, bed frame and even a bookshelf. She was very thorough and made sure I knew all of my options. I would highly recommend her to anyone, but especially to someone who might be new to buying furniture like I was!
