I am very satisfied with the customer service I experienced while shopping at WG&R. Our salesman, Joe Newton, was extremely helpful and patient. He listened to our concerns and wants and did not try to talk us into something we were not interested in or was outside of our price range. I will definitely return in the future.

We worked with Grace and really had no idea what we were looking for and what we liked. Grace gave us the time to actually look around and get a feel of what we liked and didn’t like. She was there when we had questions and overall very knowledgeable. She was not pushy one bit like all the other people from different places we have encountered. Buyer beware. I bought a table and chair set and the table is fine but on every chair the screws kept falling out. I tried to return them but they wanted to repair them. The only way to repair them would have been to drill new screw holes in them. I did not want extra holes in the chairs. They would not give me a refund for the chairs. I ended up bringing the chairs to the landfill and purchased chairs elsewhere. Will never purchase from them again.

A service order was opened, but before our Customer Service team was able to connect with you, you had advised the chairs had already been discarded. This prevented us from moving forward with an inspection, manufacturer warranty review, or credit.

I purchased a recliing love seat in 2020 and the reclining back of one side broke after the yea warranty was up and I also a recliner before that, that did a similar thing I will never get another piece of furniture from them !!! Lori Aissen
