We had problems with the cart - recall with the accelerator before we even got it! That caused a weak delay in getting it. Than when we did get it, it wasn’t really fixed, getting error codes and the cart shutting down. Had to work with service to get it fixed. It is still not fixed and they can’t figure out what’s wrong, so we can’t use the cart. It is VERY frustrating!! We ordered the enclosure which came ripped and the wrong size! What a great company and what a great W5 golf cart! During the shipment, the rear view mirror was broken and had little scratches, the delivery person took several pictures and he sent them to Whisper Company. Shortly thereafter, the Company sent us new parts and dispatched their specialist to replace all damaged parts with no complaints.
