This has turned into a terrible experience. I highly recommend you do NOT do business with this company. They sell you on the floor model which is free of blemishes, missing pieces, stripped screws or any defects, THAT'S a brand new hot tub. But what they do is they say they're giving you a "new" hot tub, but it's likely one from their "nick and dent" section. Aqua Living did a great job unloading and installing my new Jucuzzi they showed up on time. We’re very courteous professional. Make sure all my needs were fulfilled. I would definitely refer these guys again. Keep up the good work guys.
We recently purchased a Hot Tub from Aqua Living. We had a great experience from the time we entered the showroom until delivery. Richard was very knowledgeable and assisted us with choosing the right tub for us. We were kept updated on a regular basis as our tub was being manufactured. Delivery was as promised and seamless. I bought a 21 foot swim spa from Rich at Aqua living in Raleigh. The purchase experience was very easy and his customer service has been perfect. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
My husband and I had talked about a swim spa for the health benefits. I filled out an online form. Samantha from the Durham, NC office reached out. She answered all my questions and worked tirelessly to find the perfect swim spa and had other options as well. She made me feel like I was the only customer she had.
