We were having issues with our hot tub and we reached out to the manufacturer directly and were disappointed we could not get the service or support we needed. We noticed this factory outlet location was located near our property so we reached out. Jacob truly went above and beyond to remedy our situation and we are so grateful for his kindness and assistance. Lesson learned, we will be purchasing all future hot tubs directly through Jacob! Highly recommend.
