Nathan was my salesperson and store manager. I highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable and a very easy going salesperson. No high pressure or sales tactics. Just an easy straightforward process and informative.He also is also very knowledgeable on the technical side so if you have any questions after the sale, he will answer his phone and can assist you. We had a wonderful experience with Nate at Aqua Living. The hot tub we purchased has been fantastic — excellent quality and runs beautifully. Nate at the local store was great to work with. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and always accurate with the information he provided. Every question was answered clearly, and he was quick to respond whenever we reached out. The entire process was smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend!
Nate at the Arden NC store has been terrific to work with. From the initial consultation all the way thru delivery and set up he was right there to answer the many questions we had as first time spa owners. Our Tub has been wonderful and we’ve had no problems aside from a broken jet, which Nate quickly diagnose and provided a solution for. Five stars all around
Nate is very knowledgeable and helped us understand what we needed to know to make the best decision about our swim spa. We love it! Getting something made in our area was a bonus and his service after the sale has been great.
