This has been one of the worst purchase experiences I’ve ever had. We bought this hot tub in February and have still not been able to use it once. It arrived leaking straight off the delivery truck. That alone took weeks to deal with. After finally fixing that, we plugged it in exactly as instructed (110V plug-and-play), and it burned our outlet and tripped the breaker. Tim never used high pressure sale techniques. Just let us look an answered questions. The tub was delivered and set up by Stevie and we’ve been enjoying the tub ever since. I got the tub for chronic pain issues and use it at least once, sometimes up to four times daily. It’s been a blessing. Love it!!
We ordered a hot tub online from Aqua Spas Outlet in Spokane based on reviews we read about the company. After working with Michael Jones we understand the reason for the Great reviews. Michael worked with us through the entire process and coordinated with our electrician and concrete company to find the best location for the spa. Michael delivered the spa and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. I highly recommend this company specifically Michael Jones.
