read many negative reviews Aqua Living hot tubs before buying from them - their company delivered, dropped, broken pieces, leaking, not heating, not cooling to 35 degrees in 100 degree ambient and never will according to their senior tech. poor customer service - don’t return phone calls for weeks, unable to problem solve takes months, they use LPI which doesn’t allow you to write an email to them but asks for photos when they do review your case. the company has no respect for their customers and needs help in L&D learning ... read more
