Hands down best place to go for a hot tub. Mike was very educational and honest about all good products. He got me what I wanted and we have enjoyed it ever since. Highly recommend to go to. And they have the best prices. I should know, I did a lot of calling and research.
DO NOT BUY from this company! Awful product and poor customer service. The $10,000 tub looks great, but in 2-years I’ve had 18 jet cover and assemblies break and a diverter break twice. They would not cover a service visit to fix the diverter that failed in the first year, but they finally agreed to pay for half of the visit. They have sent me replacement jet assemblies for me to fix on my own. The customer service was outstanding. The gentleman's name that worked with me is Michael. Tall guy. He was patient and made me feel comfortable not pressured. I definitely recommend them. Enjoy!
