Kimberly at Aqua Living Spas was a pleasure to deal with as we went thru the process of finding our hot tub. She is very knowledgeable about her products and understood our goal and budget. She did not try to upsell us on her other products once we found the hot tub we wanted. The process was fast and easy. Within a week my hot tub was delivered and placed on my concrete pad in my backyard. I highly recommend her.
I purchased a hot tub from Aqua living factory outlets back in January 2026. Kim was awesome as a sales rep and technician. The process was seamless, and the Hot Tub and DELIVERY was everything that mentioned. When I called in for support, JASON was very helpful in making sure that my hot tub was filled, and the chemicals were correctly added. His reassurance was very helpful. Any questions I had, any parts I needed, they were always on top of it! Personal experience (even when I live hours away!) If you've been worried about ordering a hot tub online don't be here, they take of their people and go out of their way to help (before the purchase, during the process and after delivery) that's so rare nowadays. What a great experience! My G100 Hot Tub got here sooner than expected and the price was the best in town. Marshal was great to work with and very receptive to my wife and I’s needs. We received all the chemicals required for maintenance and we were able to have everything!
Marshall was an incredible salesperson, very personable with tons of experience. Not a typical pushy salesman. The product was incredible priced, half compared to any other place with the same features. We bought the doctor wellness. Other than the patience 6-7wk for it to be custom made, built and delivered. We've had some controller issues but Marshall gave us the correct leads. Everything is in warranty and the support was important.
