We are so happy!! Our new hot tub was delivered and we will be in it tomorrow!! Elaine was amazing!!! Very pleasant and thorough, there was not a question she could not answer! Now sure how big their sales team is, even if you have to wait you definitely want Elaine to handle it all!!!

Elaine was very welcoming. Answered all my questions. Would that being said I guess I didn’t ask enough questions. I received my hot tub which keep in mind. That’s an extra expense. Plus the electrician again was an extra expense. When the electrician was here and had the side panel off. I looked inside and was not happy at all. There is hardly any insulation inside and many spots. You can see the bottom of the actual hot tub. I have owned many hot tubs and and most insulation goes all the way to the frame of the hot tub. Elaine was awesome she helped me and my wife pick something without feeling pressured to go too big or too small. I didn't feel like she was rushing me like a couple other places i went to in the area, she takes her time and makes sure she is getting you the one that makes sense, to fit what you want and need. We ended up getting the Catalina Berkshire and we could not be happier! Thank you Elaine!!!
I ordered my hot tub with Elaine. She gave me all the information on a certain hot tub I was interested in and answered all my questions. She sent me pictures of what I asked for right away. Any questions while waiting on the hot tub she communicated with a fast response time. I give her a 5 star along with the company itself. Thank you Elaine !
