I stopped in looking for parts for my old hot springs spa and ran into Blake. What an absolute pleasure to have met him. He took the time to show me their products and explain the different features on more modern spas that make ownership more efficient and enjoyable. We will definitely be back to see him!

This is my second hot tub purchase from Aqua Living Factory Outlets. My first purchase was in Daytona Beach, Florida and it was a great experience so naturally I looked for another outlet close to me. I found them in Huntsville, Alabama. Spent $11,000 for a hot tub. I then had to coordinate the electrical and delivery. Another $2500. The people that delivered it dropped it and damaged the hot tub. Then delivery people were in equipped. Not only did I have to help unload it they expected me to repair the panel that they damaged! The app has never connected so I can’t control from my phone.
