Sean was great to work with. We gave him a budget and he didn't pressure us to go beyond. I did do research before going and his prices were under. Sean gave us a longest timeline before we would get it in the color we wanted. It came sooner. I would highly recommend him to work with. Very knowledgeable on multiple tubs. Although we haven't decided which hot tub we are going to buy, I wanted to leave a review from my experience the other day. My Husband and I walked in and was greeted by Shawn. He was very knowledgeable about all of the options, and he and my husband went over everything. Now, apparently, we may be buying a golf cart on steroids as well. Very happy about this experience, we will be back when we decide. Best experience out of all of the spa stores we went to.
Sean is the friendliest salesperson - and someone you actually feel is not a "salesperson". Right from the beginning, he was honest and up-front and never tried to talk me into anything. He gave me lots of leeway and time to figure out what I wanted... and that was just on the phone. I eventually just showed up at the warehouse! He was so lo-key and easy to deal with. I had a great experience buying my Hot Tub! Sean was amazing to work with and spent a lot of time with me on site and over the phone to make sure I got exactly what I needed to help with a back injury due to a bad car accident. He always responded quickly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend to anyone to go buy a hot tub from him. Sean, you rock! Thank you so much for everything!
We bought a hot tub 5 months ago. Everything was great! Sean the manager was great! The people who delivered it and sent it up were great! We are in our late 70s and use it to help us with aging issues, health issues as well as relaxing. It's a tuff top . Easy to handle and take care of.
