We had our hot tub installed today via the white glove delivery option. The installers Jonathon and Erin and did an exceptional job. The site was a little muddy due to recent rains. They landed hot tub on concrete pad with skill. The hot tub was powered up on first try. Totally satisfied on workmanship of install and feel I got a very fair purchase price on the tub I bought.
