We walked in on a weekend to see some hot tubs in person. We spoke with the store manager, Steve Sharp. He was very knowledgeable and explained to us what our choices were, how they worked, and spent a good while talking to us about everything from the installation process to what chemicals to use. First off the placing of the order for our HBSL hot tub was quite simple. However, when we discussed that we did not think we needed the ozonater option, the salesman emphasized the importance of this option and the need for the "N2 sticks". Based on his recommendation we paid for that option. Now the reason for one star. We are very happy with our Tranquility G-7 hot tub! We looked at several stores prior to making the decision to go with this series and have no regrets. Steve has been a pleasure to work with and the follow up has been great!

The product is great, our hot tub is awesome. But the delivery folks definitely left something to be desired. I had to have a repairman come out almost immediately, and my lanai is still messed up from them, taking it apart and failing to put it back together properly. Recommend you purchase your hot tub here and arrange for installation with someone else who is more professional.
