I had been hot tub shopping for about a year, but just couldn’t decide. Steve sent me emails with updated pricing and spa option without the pressure of of salesman. First off the placing of the order for our HBSL hot tub was quite simple. However, when we discussed that we did not think we needed the ozonater option, the salesman emphasized the importance of this option and the need for the "N2 sticks". Based on his recommendation we paid for that option. Now the reason for one star. Amazing customer service! Helped answer all our questions and even went the extra effort and got us some additional quotes for what we were looking for. Also great advice on chemicals in hot tub! Highly recommend!
Steve spent a lot of time helping us decide what the best Swim spa would be for our situation. He gave us lots of good tips and it definitely paid off and saved us some money.! We settled on the Catalina Freestyle and are looking forward to enjoying it for a long time!
