Took a little longer to receive my spa but it was well worth it. Thanks to Scott Bayliff in Lima Ohio along with Todd the delivery guy. Definitely recommend. The wife and I really enjoy it.
Aqua Living is THE place to find your hot tub. The prices are amazing and affordable with convenient in house financing. We got the Dr Wellness G-100 and it is everything we wanted in a spa at such a low price. We use it almost every single day. Scott at the Lima store was super helpful and responds quickly to all my questions before and after my purchase. The G-100 is a nice size for 4-5 people with lights (we LOVE that feature) and plenty of jets to hit all the places. We feel so much better!
Thank you Scott Baylis for your professionalism and making it easy and seamless. I am very happy with the spa. My wife and I will enjoy this! Todd delivered my spa will care and he was on time.
* * Updated Review - We received the hot tub and have been using it for over a month. It is fantastic! It arrived earlier than the last ETA we had received, so we were pleased to get it sooner than expected. Incredibly well built, very sturdy and easy to use. We have had no issues with it and have used this numerous times. The lights look awesome at night. The family loves it. I would highly suggest purchasing from this company. My husband Zac and I bought a hot tub from Scott Bayliff. He was very easy to work with and very accommodating to our crazy work schedules. He worked with us solely over the phone and through email. It was easy to get exactly what we wanted within our budget. We had our hot tub delivered by their 3rd party delivery service and it was the smoothest delivery we have ever had.
