Ordered a cold plunge over 2 months ago. They said it would arrive in 2-3 weeks. I received text updates from the factory as it was being made and shipped. 2 months later, they don’t return a text or a call. How does this company have such great reviews? I guess I will be forced to file an Attorney General complaint and credit card company complaint but I would rather have the tub I paid for. We ordered a 2+person spa from Gilbert Hernandez at AquaLiving at the Fort Myers Store about 1 1/2mo ago. It was custom made and arrived 2 1/2weeks ago! We are so excited about having this wonderful spa. It has like 38 jets w/6 horsepower motor! It has wifi speakers so you can play your favorite tunes while relaxing in the spa!
