White Oak Construction recently replaced our front windows, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The sales rep Diego was very knowledgeable of what they do and how they do it. The crew was fast (Nathan and James), arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. We would highly recommend White Oak Construction to anyone needing any installations or repairs done!
Our experience was wonderful from Sales to Construction. Eric was our sales guy. He was very knowledgeable and went above our expectations. He was't pushy and worked with us around every corner. Tea was very respectful and understood why I denied his manager doing our roof. Said they use gaf shingles and said they offer a 50 yr warranty with them shingles. If I wanted that long of a warranty for that amount of money I'd go with metal roofing. That would be a lifetime warranty. Also would be transferable to immediate family if they took possession of the home. Only gave a 5 star for the sales rep being very respectful.
Initially my appointment was for an estimate for a new roof. I did not move forward with the roof, but I did purchase a new front storm door. The door was a perfect choice. The installer (sorry I do not recall his name, but he did a wonderful job. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the installation.
