The salesman was very nice. The quote was very high. I know basement windows are going to be expensive but it was way more than I expected and of course they do the you get a discount if you say yes but not after we walk out the door. Agreed to it because my basement windows were in horrible shape. Signed up for everything Luckily they dont take your money right away because they told me id hear back within 3 weeks. I was very pleased with their work. I had a bigger than usual picture Window that I needed to replace and they got it all done in one day. They came in remove the window and the side windows and within a few hours new window was in. They were very Courteous and they did not do any cursing which I have had people do things for me before and they used a lot of foul language. These guys were great.
The job went extremely well. Crew was always busy and cleaned up after the job. The roof is outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone with no second thoughts!!
White Oak did a fantastic job replacing our window! We will be working with them again in the future. We got one window due to current financial obligations, and we also wanted to see how it went and how we liked it. We absolutely love the window. Our heating bill has gone down because our old window had been letting so much heat and cold into our house, and our new window doesn't let anything in that we can feel. Everyone was easy to work with. They replaced several windows and a few had to be custom built. Reasonable prices. Quality work done quickly and great clean up. I would recommend them to anyone. I will call on them again if I have any further projects.
