Working with them has been both decent. Though sometimes I wish they would communicate more often, mostly with project updates in email form. The gutters themselves are of excellent quality and I do like their design. They where very accommodating and professional with me. However I have one issue as one part is leaking water onto my porch. I've called about but haven't heard back yet. I hired white oak to remove and replace my damaged front and side gutters. Their design was great, their pricing was fair, and the work was done quickly. It was done within mere hours and done well. I could see these standing the test of time. Thanks for restoring some curb appeal!
Salesmen from this company came knocking on my elderly mom's door trying to sell her their products. After yapping and badgering her for over an hour they finally conned her into letting them put covers on her gutters which they charged her over $3,000 for, while making her believe she was getting some kind of secret deal on. When they finally came and did what they were supposed to do, they did a terrible job. They missed one full gutter and didn't put a cover on it. The window installer was very professional and obviously experienced. We are completely satisfied with the quality of the windows!
Someone was supposed to come out and give us an estimate on a new roof for part of our house. When they first arrived, they introduced themselves and then proceeded to make small talk for the next half hour. When they asked us why they were there and we told them it was to get the roof estimate, they proceeded to tell us that they are part of a program that uses their work on people's houses as advertisement instead of billboards etc. Ok, cool.
