I had an appointment with Doneva and arrived about 5-10 minutes early. Check-in was easy, Doneva got me and took me back for my appointment right on time. Her office was relaxing and pleasant, she was very warm and welcoming. We discussed my medication needs and she helped guide me to make a decision, and then promptly sent my prescription to the pharmacy. Glad I found an efficient practice!
Brown is simply the best! In my experiences, she goes above and beyond to help in any way possible. I actually look forward to our visits. She has helped me immensely. The office staff is always friendly, patient, and accommodating to me. I've never witnessed them to be any different to others in the waiting room. I am always admitted in a timely manner.
From the doctors to the admin assistant they all work together as a team to help you! They are welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Brown is just plain awesome! She cares about how you feel. If she’s not available any one of the doctors will step up and help you. Hannah is wonderful . She’s kind and listens to you. I’ve recommended this office to anyone who needs a safe place to go. A place where people really care about how you feel!
These folks have been terrific, from intake to treatment. Each session they have a conversation about how I feel treatments are helping. And they actually listen. They’ve also helped with some insurance things, like pre authorization of specialty drugs. It’s a good team. (I should mention I visit the Kansas City location.) I’ve noticed a lot of medical practices are becoming impersonal. Not this one. I appreciate that.
This is a busy office but they have many great drs and the staff is exceptional too! I happen see Dr. Williams, he’s very busy but a great, kind Dr who’s very knowledgeable. If you can get in to see him on a regular schedule, he takes the time to listen to you, create a plan and actually cares about his patients vice treating you like a number! A+ services from a psychiatric business out of a field that doesn’t gets a lot of publicity or at least as much as it used too and a field thats very underrated!!
