I had an appointment with Doneva and arrived about 5-10 minutes early. Check-in was easy, Doneva got me and took me back for my appointment right on time. Her office was relaxing and pleasant, she was very warm and welcoming. We discussed my medication needs and she helped guide me to make a decision, and then promptly sent my prescription to the pharmacy. Glad I found an efficient practice!
NP Doneva Snow is very nice and actually listens to me. At my appointment today i told her about my 8 months sobriety, and she kept saying how proud she was a how huge me being sober. Their office staff is friendly and organized. I have only had to wait 1 time over 20 minutes but if they ever run over, it's only like 5 minutes.
Brown is simply the best! In my experiences, she goes above and beyond to help in any way possible. I actually look forward to our visits. She has helped me immensely. The office staff is always friendly, patient, and accommodating to me. I've never witnessed them to be any different to others in the waiting room. I am always admitted in a timely manner.
I usually get right in to see Dr Mirza. At my last visit I had to wait quite a while but didn’t mind because it was at the end of the day and I knew he must have had an earlier patient that needed to talk. I am happy to be seeing a doctor who is willing to listen to patients who need to talk because I know if I ever need to talk he will give me the time. The staff here is also always nice and helpful. I hope I never have to go anywhere else.
My son has been a patient of Dr. Prough for years and we could not be more pleased with his expertise and down to earth bedside manner! Dr. Prough is unlike any psychiatrist you will ever see. He doesn’t just spend 5 minutes and prescribe meds. He listens and we can see he truly cares! My son also sees Jennifer Brown and she is also phenomenal!
