No wait time, clear communication and good energy. I got to my appointment early and was immediately taken to an exam room, where a Tech quickly came to check us in. Dr. Reese had great communication on all fronts, this was our first visit after changing vets and it couldn't have been a more positive experience. We had to wait for test result (not a problem) but the whole thing took less than an hour which is wonderful.
Having multiple older dogs means frequent vet visits & I am a well known face at WH Vet Clinic. The primary reason I chose this clinic is the support staff, specifically Stacia Griffin, who is the reason I started coming to WH Vet clinic over 8 years ago. Stacia is reliable & experienced, a good tech as well as a warm & welcoming face at the front desk. Thank you to every single person we came in contact with when we went to our 5 year old daughter’s bunny in yesterday. We called with a bunny in critical condition, and were told we could come right in, they knew we drove far and provided us with an ice pack to bring the medication home so it would keep well in the car. The staff here is so sweet. Stacia is very helpful, personable, knowledgeable and is a valuable asset to this clinic. The doctors really care about your pets and have good "bedside" manner.
We leave our pets here confidently knowing they will be loved and taken great care of! They are our number one choice for pet boarding and care! Great staff!
