I have been a patient of Whole Hearted Dental (WHD) for some time. Matthew Choi has been my Dentist from the time I first went to the WHD. My first appointment (6 years ago) started off with a meeting in his office and my sitting and talking with Mathew about my dental history for a few minutes before I was seated in the chair. Wholehearted employees are the best! I actually don't mind going for my regular hygiene appt - I know and trust that my hygienist will explain what they are doing and be careful with my mouth, all with no pain. All my questions are answered in a clear manner and all options for treatment are reviewed with the dentist. The admin staff can deal with my invoice and insurance and follow up on my appointments. I am in good hands and worry free whatever my needs are.
Our family has been going to Whole Hearted Dental, formerly the Marshall Clinic, for around ten years. All of our visits have been smooth and easy: it’s just a 15-minute drive from UBC, with no parking worries and virtually zero wait times. This dental clinic is awesome. Formerly "The Marshall Clinic" now Wholehearted Dental. Just there yesterday for teeth cleaning with Jill, and as usual she is the best, same goes for the rest of the staff especially Lori and Shirin at reception. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend this place though be aware they unfortunately do not currently participate in the Canadian Dental Care Plan(CDCP), I hope that changes soon.
