I have been coming to Bruce for more than 30 years, and have always received professional, kind treatment from everyone here from the moment I arrive until the moment I leave. I’ve been a patient here for years, and I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental care. I have very sensitive teeth and used to feel anxious even about routine cleanings. The entire team has always been incredibly patient, understanding, and gentle. They know to apply desensitizer to my exposed roots before starting my cleaning, which makes a huge difference, and they always encourage me to let them know right away if I’m feeling any discomfort or pain. I no longer dread going to the dentist since switching to Wholehearted Dental. Everyone there is kind and caring - shoutout to Sharon and Mariah!! Dr. Matthew Choi is an excellent dentist who listens and provides sound advice and recommendations.
My first visit to Wholehearted Dental was just as good as I hoped it might be, having selected it based on viewing other Google reviews. All of the staff were very considerate and helpful, with more of an emphasis on providing clear details of the options available to me for treatment, than I have come across over a lifetime of dentist visits. I strongly reccomend them.
