Really poor customer service. Website states friendly service and schedule a free in house quote. Sale person requested a 50% down payment when we requested an in home quote. Salesman was not friendly and was rude. He did not provide much help/assistance and when I asked questions about synthetic carpets for a basement, he said he never heard of synthetic carpets. Disappointed, especially since we were referred to use them by our realtors.
