5 stars isn’t enough to express the excellence of WCD. The Santini fam (Mark, THE GREAT SANTINI, Wendy and Connor) are excellent. We stopped in and they were all very kind and we felt like family immediately. Connor was very helpful and knowledgeable to help us choose the best carpet to fit our needs. Being family owned, they make themselves available, unlike chain stores. Their prices and their service are unmatchable. They stand behind everything. Absolutely amazing flooring company. Constantly greeted by the friendliest staff. I've been to other flooring stores around Vernon Hills, Libertyville, Bufflao Grove and Arlington Heights and Wholesale Carpet Designs provided the best service and attitude. All their flooring is displayed neatly and easy to see the many options. It was hard to pick which one I wanted to install in my house because the flooring choices were top quality.
