Just had an outstanding experience with the whole crew at Wicked Pool Guys. Kim was super helpful with any questions we had, even after taking about 3 months to decide what we wanted - and flip flopping between models. We finally pulled the trigger and were told that groundbreaking was around 2 weeks out and the finished pool would be about 2 weeks after that. I tried to post on there FB page (wicked pool guys) but I guess they hide all the bad post because mine was deleted and I was blocked. I also tried to post on Grzly marketing page about wicked pool guys and he also deleted my post and blocked me. Another review sounds similar to mine about bad reviews being deleted. Says a lot about a company to hide bad reviews. As a “new” company they are going in the wrong direction. Very professional company and reliable. I had my pool since 2022 and had no problem. Kim Murray sales Manager is very professional and helped me with any questions I needed. All gave me suggestions. Love my pool and would not trade this company for nothing.
Guys are responsive. They did a great job on the install. Avery was very communicate and answered all my questions needed throughout the process. We can't wait to use the pool
