I tried to post on there FB page (wicked pool guys) but I guess they hide all the bad post because mine was deleted and I was blocked. I also tried to post on Grzly marketing page about wicked pool guys and he also deleted my post and blocked me. Another review sounds similar to mine about bad reviews being deleted. Says a lot about a company to hide bad reviews. As a “new” company they are going in the wrong direction. DAILY (unfortunately) UPDATE (3 Oct, 24) Although the business response sounded like they were working on remedying our situation, like I expected, I have had no response. My pool is sitting with no equipment to circulate the water, which is required to keep the calcium buildup and concrete dust accumulation from completely ruining our pool. This company, and THESE MEN! 10/10 so happy I picked them to do our fiber glass pool. They were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Clean and made sure to leave my property better then they found it. I would recommend them over and over!
You would be better off finding someone on Craigslist to build you a pool than these “guys.” Changing your name to hide from the stack of horrible yet truthful customer reviews is another layer of desperation from LoneStar Pools. We ultimately (and very thankfully) decided to cancel finding more and more reasons to RUN. We had our fiberglass pool installed by these guys and they were so professional and the install tool a third of the time it would have taken with any other type of pool other companies offer. Thanks Chris, kinda, Linda for all the help and support. I would recommend them for your pool installation!
