Pete Wiers got his start in the trucking business in the 1930s. His son, Wayne, became a truck driver himself after serving in the U.S. Marine Corp. And by the late 1950s, Wayne and his wife started a trucking company in Plymouth, Indiana. In 1964, Wayne sold the business to become an International Harvester Truck and Scout dealer. The staff at Weirs-Columbus are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They are focused on doing the job right, and not just getting the job done. They worked on our 20-year-old truck. They could have cut corners, but they chose to fix the problem and not just get it back on the road. I highly recommend them.
Came into the shop this morning with a leaking axle seal on 2024 peterbilt 579 these guys are fantastic had a very positive attitude got straight to the job and got it done fast i literally had no wait time and they got busy and got me taken care of fast i highly recommend this shop i am a Texas driver and they where the only ones that helped with a really good price you can’t walk away from
