The guy (older of the two, I'm embarrassed to say I didn't get his name), recommended some glass scratch repair stuff called Quixx to sort out a scuff on my rear window that was really noticeable against the tint. Ten minutes of not especially hard work later and it's gone entirely. Fantastic bit of advice, brilliant product, and saved me an absolute fortune in professional repairs or replacing the window. Can't recommend highly enough.

Brought some new windscreen wipers and some other stuff for the car and cannot fault this place at all. Very helpful and friendly staff, also answered a few things I was curious about. Will definitely be using this store for all my motoring needs in the future
