The staff behind the counter were utterly rude and disrespectful, when I went to purchase a socket I asked if I could return it if it doesn't fit and they belittled me and made me feel stupid, when i did return it the refused me and continued his impolite behaviour. One star as I can't give 0, will never go again.
I took my bike in to have a couple of small things done and the staff were so friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable too. Very pleased with my experience here and won't hesitate to come back when my bike needs fixing again 😊
