ordered a set of valve stem seals last Friday and was told that they would arrive on Tuesday. phoned up this morning to be told that they hadn't been ordered and they could get them for tomorrow. Today is my only day off work until next Saturday so I can't even get there to collect after today and next weekend is my weekend with my kids but will now have to cancel that in order to fix my car.
