the company itself is brilliant. The Lowestoft branch was rude and unprofessional. the shaved head man gave me a price for a new battery, coding and a diagnostic check. when my partner drove the car to him and he saw it was a nice BMW he seemed jealous and started telling her to get a different car. telling her it would too expensive to maintain. Highly recommend! My go-to for car supplies! Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Have a good stock in the shop, but have always been happy to order in when needed.

Had to get a headlight bulb, they had them in stock £7, fitting was 10 quid, will save some pounds next time as was told it was easy to do and only took him 5 mins. Staff friendly and shop was stocked well.

Poped into Wilco motor spares today to buys car phone holder. The gentleman who served me was brilliant. He came out to the car to help me choose the right one for me. I went back half an hour later because I needed an adjustment. No trouble at all. Very happy customer
