Staff were very helpful, especially when it came to finding parts for my car that weren't listed by my make and model.
Graham, the manager is always doing his best to help with all enquiries and would know where to get the stuff if not available on the day. The other staff, despite being young, also know how to advise customers and have time, patience and a marvellous knowledge of the use of their computers to get the customers the best deal. Staff ordered in some parts for me, delivered next day. Very helpful and reasonably priced.
This place would be perfect if it wasn't for a particular rude member of staff. The shortish, spectacle wearing man who has worked here for many years is always quite rude, abrupt and generally not that approachable. It's such a shame because I would use Wilko for all my car needs. But I must say that all the other staff at this store are so helpful and kind.
