Went in today for a new headlight bulb. Decided to go for a different style so had 2 new ones. Asked if they do fitting whuch thankfully they did. What should have been a 10 min job turned into 2.5 hours because my car has previously been in an accident making it difficult for one of the bulbs to be changed. Matt went above and beyond and im super grateful he managed to get the job done. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Matt
Lovely shop, only had a quick issue with my car and the chat came out fitted a new light bulb. It was very cheap and very quick, he was very good customer service and showed me how to change the bulb next time. Would recommend
Went to Wilco for brake pads for my Renault kadjar. The guy who served me is fantastic and very knowledgeable. He described how to put the electric handbrake into service mode. I will always use wilco for all my car bits & bobs from now on. Also prices are very reasonable especially the tools.
Great experience, they had exactly what I wanted, and the assistant fitted the parts. He then managed to open my bonnet which had been stuck for a couple of weeks and lubricated the parts for me. Couldn't ask for a better experience. A big thank you to the young man for being so friendly and helpful, it makes a huge difference and I would certainly recommend Wilco for anything car or bike related.
I had some number plates made at Wilco and cannot speak highly enough of the staff, so friendly and knowledgeable, I didnt realise all the services they provide such as bulb change etc, will use them in the future, restores faith that such places still exist
