I purchased four tyres for my Jaguar through the ASDA website and selected Wilko Automotive Car Care as the garage to fit them. The tyres were fitted last Wednesday at their garage in Lundwood, Barnsley, and I collected the car without noticing any immediate problems. I visited Wilco Motorsave on a Sunday after noticing that some of the bodywork on the underside of my car had come loose the previous day, in the hope of getting it sorted ahead of the working week. I dropped in without an appointment but the guys working there were happy to take a look and figure out what was wrong. This is a courtesy that Halfords couldn't afford me when I visited them the day prior, might I add. Coco the clown behind the counter are utter useless.... and has the audacity to say "well if you can do it yourself then do it it's a complete waste of our time" I'm sorry I fetch my car to you to work on but if it's an inconvenience for you I shall do that and as I was about to leave he asks "are you still here" what a way to treat people respectfully.... I've never been spoken to so poorly in all my life in a retail establishment I came in for an oil top up and some one to put it in for me and left feeling very belittled..... read more
Went in with exhaust problem, the staff were unable to fix due to lack of parts but they did advise me of the best place to try to get car fixed, definitely recommend this motosave location
