Another stress-free, brilliant experience at Wilko motosave, Bramley. Booked my car in for its MOT. Normally garages contact you in the afternoon with bits to be sorted, fixed, drag it out -but I dropped it off at 9am and by 10.30 am it was done- paid (fairly priced) and I was on my way. 👍🏻 They are a really friendly team, they know what they’re talking about, eager to get the best for you-the customer and just super super helpful. Thank you so much everyone.
Just been to Wilco Motosave in Bramley with a damaged tyre and they were wonderful. I am a little old lady but the staff don't patronise me or try to baffle me with technical terms. I have visited them before and know they are reliable, knowledgeable and totally trustworthy. If I have to have my cat fixed, that's the place to go .
Dropped in unexpectedly today for a tyre pressure check, as i'd been to 3 local petrol forecourts all of which the air pump was out of service. Spoke to Damien, who quickly agreed to check my pressures and adjust (camping weight will be added tomorrow!) free of charge. Genuinely felt i had great customer service even though i wasn't purchasing today - thanks Damien your help was totally appreciated!
Initially I was unhappy over something extra that the mechanic had found. I've had bad experiences in the past with other garages, so my spidey senses went up. In the end, the garage did me a good turn, the work was satisfactory and I was extremely happy with the pricing. Hence the 5 stars.
Staff couldn't have been more helpful and polite, particularly Dan and Damian. My battery was playing up and, even though they were very busy and clearly under a lot of pressure, managed to test both my battery and alternator and then fit me a new battery when it was diagnosed as being dead. I’m not one for writing reviews but such good customer care, fair treatment and efficiency deserve it. I really can’t recommend Wilco Motosave at Bramley highly enough. Top notch service, lads!
