Staff couldn't have been more helpful and polite, particularly Dan and Damian. My battery was playing up and, even though they were very busy and clearly under a lot of pressure, managed to test both my battery and alternator and then fit me a new battery when it was diagnosed as being dead. I’m not one for writing reviews but such good customer care, fair treatment and efficiency deserve it. I really can’t recommend Wilco Motosave at Bramley highly enough. Top notch service, lads!
All the guys are lovely, top tier customer service and advice, incredibly reasonable prices. Very organised and will help in any way they can. Dan is a pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend enough!
An absolute disgrace if a business. Sunday 25th Jan, car broke down due to clutch and so had AA help me park car outside this garage (started using for my MOT and brake repairs). Following Monday I called in first thing to explain and ask about repairs. Was told by manager that the 'clutch guy' isn't in while Wednesday so I agreed repairs to be done/started then. Called Wednesday, told my car would be looked at ASAP and be called back shortly. No call until I called in the evening close to closing. Told me clutch was fine... read more
