Been today, had an oil, filter, air filter and fuel filter fitted. Always excellent service at this store. The staff are amazing and so helpful. Cannot recommend the store enough. Brilliant :)
Had some routine maintenance work done on my van here which I was happy with, however it was a few days later when my clutch failed when the guys here really helped me out. They helped me get my van to the garage, diagnosed the fault and repaired and got me back on the road within 24 hours. I was kept informed of what was happening and Nathan in the office explained what work needed to be done and why. Definitely not recommend they didn't manage to exchane clutch in a car during the exchange they caused other damage to the car, gave me back car with more damage and didn't want to sprt it out the case was sent to court Edit In the response to your comment are you concerned now ? You know exacly about what damage im Talking about and how you ignored it. Dear Management, I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your store earlier today (12th May) at around 12.30pm .
