Bough a new ignition switch and found to be a secondhand used unit. Immediate return to the shop 20 mins later and told NO REFUND ! although the staff agreed this was a USED unit. Was offered a replacement unit the arriving the following day. I explained no good as not available and too late, then suggested I had returned my faulty item in place of the new unit supplied !! Following trouble starting my car I payed a visit on Friday full expecting to buy and fit a new battery . I left my car with them and on my return was very surprised to find out that they had full check out the battery, tyres and brakes and was informed that everything was OK and at a commentary cost:). They couldn't be anymore helpful and friendly and would go the extra mile to help, brilliant and as they say "I'll be back":).
