Amazing service from Scott. I had a puncture overnight and couldn't change the tyre. Scott came and changed the tyre so i could take the car into their garage for a replacement. Also car needed a service and again Scott gave me a lift home after dropping the car at the garage. Nothing is too much trouble.Friendly and helpful staff all round.Well done:-)

Excellent, didn't have my rear wiper in stock as its an unusual one, they ordered it and called me next morning to say I could come get one.. They even fitted it for me.. Dont know what more they could have done.
Very Disappointing. Took my Mercedes for 4 issues , ESP defective , AC refill service , and soft roof top not working , and wheel alignment. They charge me £150 for doing nothing . Ac still not working , soft roof top still not working , ESP still defective they removed it on computer and didn’t fix it so after a few miles message popped up again . Took car down as we suspected a broken spring which was quickly confirmed after Wilco staff checked. Car was booked in two days later and cost £175. Collected car and when driving back noticed that sound was still coming from the wheel area. Called them back and was told to bring the car down two days later as they were short staffed. Brought car and left it with them. They rang a short time later stating that the drop link was damaged and would cost a further £70.
