I am absolutely disgusted with the service here took my car for MOT , I knew it needed headlight and engine management light sorting before it went so agreed to this work before it was taken for test. I received news that the car had failed on handbrake ,rear brakes and front cv joint. I was told that my entire rear brakes on both sides needed replacing along with my handbrake cable and the cv joint needed replacing . along with cost of test ,headlight and removing engine management light this was going to cost over £900 ... read more
Absolutely NO would not recommend this place to anyone, poor customer service, felt let down after using the place for couple yrs now and all money we spent for our cars only to be treated like this. saying one thing and then another after having some thing done and to waste my money when if was shown in first place wouldn't of wasted money. So if want problems with your cars later and waste your money with poor attitude customer service then go else where. Shame wish i have used better independent garages now.

They will take your money for a diagnostic - then inform you that they can’t carry out the repairs and then send you on your way to another garage to get the potential repairs done. The other garage will laugh at you and say they can’t do the repairs without doing their own diagnostics - so at this point you are now £90 down before any work has even started on your vehicle.
