Absolutely fuming. Reported this garage. Just needed a front bulb fitting for headlight. Asked to buy one 50 quid. I was like why apparently the brightness and to fit they would have to take front light out and pull bonnet apart. Went to Halfords 15 quid and ten mins later all done. Like what the hell? Aporently they had to take the bonnet apart cos of the gasses. Plus apparently my wet belt might need changing as it sounded clicky. Spoke to Halfords again said its absolutely fine dont worry. Just phoned to get car booked in for mot got told to phone back in 10mins phoned back to be told guy who dose bookings has gone home phone back Monday and hung up not giving me a chance to speak, mmmmm definitely won't be doing that especially if that's the attitude on the phone what's staff attitude towards there work !! Says open 7 days a week, extremely rude and Very Very poor mexborough depot must loose loads of custom.
I’ve used this garage a couple of times now and I very much recommend . Everytime I’ve had a problem with my car they have sorted it out for me on the same day or the day after ! My Tyre had a nail in it and they fitted me a brand new one one the same day , they fitted me some new brakes , my exhaust fell of the other day and had a big hole in it and they put me a new one on the next day , also checked my car over & my battery health thank you so much will be coming back !!
What an amazing bunch of people. Had an issue with my tyre which was leaking pressure. Popped in and they sorted my problem with some great advice for me to follow up on as my alloy had a problem. Even though the alloy was causing the issue they helped me out so I could continue my journey. I think this is the most professional service I have ever had. I will be back in the area soon and I am definitely taking my cars to these guys. Thanks to all there today who helped. Big shout out to John for sorting it all.
Won't be spending in this shop again. All I wanted is a fan belt to match the size I had and they couldn't be bothered to look for one because I didn't have reg number they just had to match it up with one off the shelf but it was too much trouble. I wanted other stuff too iyll just go somewhere else.
