RecommendedWilco Motosave Mexborough has come to the rescue once again! We have had oil and oil filter changed, multiple lightbulbs replaced, battery health checks and battery change, amongst other things done by Wilco Motosave Mexborough and they have been absolute stars. Always helped us out with my cars, given advice and tips. I’m not mechanical at all, so it’s really nice and comforting to know that these amazing humans have my back and help whenever they can. Your Manager seriously needs to have words with your staff .. Sunday 23rd April .. Me & My son who may I add is in a wheelchair, struggled to open the bonnet so I could have 2 lights fitted, .. your staff members stood and watched us struggle, didn’t even come over to see if we were ok, or even offer any help, carried on with their conversations. After about 15 minutes with no help or not being able to open my bonnet my only option was to come away and find a garage with caring staff. You will find us on your cameras around ... read more

We have since investigated this which has included watching back the CCTV footage from the time of your visit. From the footage we can see that you were in the car park at this time but never once entered the shop to speak to a member of staff or ask for help. I took my car to have the aircon re-gassed After driving it to work it stopped working the same day I took it back to the garage 48 hours later to explain they did some tests to say I’ve got a leak and I need to see an aircon specialist they don’t know who or where 😅 No offer of a refund I did ask how they didn’t know it had a leak when filling a tank up? How can something fill with such a big leak doesn’t make sense. Absolutely disgusting!
