An excellent experience today. The guy gave me good advice, did not ignore customers and I was able to buy a product that was a much more practical solution to a developing exhaust smell and soot problem on my diesel car. Only time will tell if the product lives up to its claim, but this is up to the product manufacturer. It's my first time using a fuel system cleaner so I am very curious to see if it works before I renew the Oxygen Sensor.
Staff are clearly very knowledgeable and experienced, I'd trust them with any car. Taking stars off for poor customer support. Booked my old car in for an oil change first thing in the morning so I can make it to work on time, tesla that came after me was done first. Got car back after a 1h45m oil change, inside was all mucky and black so I asked them to clean the floor, which they did, thank you, after driving 1 minute I noticed the steering wheel was mucky, so was the handbrake, shifter, glovebox and door as well.
