Went in to have front discs and pads fitted to my van due to several message's appearing on my dashboard. The van was on the ramp for 30 minutes when a mechanic came out and informed me that there was nothing wrong with my current pads and discs. He said "we are not here to rip people off, for work that's not required ". The team and customer service at the Scunthorpe branch are absolutely brilliant. They didn't even charge me for the time my van was on the ramp. Well done team, and thanks for the advice 👍
I don’t often write reviews, but I had such a good experience with Wilco that I wanted to share it. I went in to get new tyres fitted, and the whole process was smooth and professional. The fitter not only did a great job with the tyres, but also took the time to have a quick look over my car. He pointed out a few early warning signs that might need attention in the near future—not urgent, but something to keep an eye on. I really appreciated the honesty and extra care. Cannot recommend enough! I was convinced I would at least need 1 new tyre when I booked in (if not more). Another garage might have taken advantage of this assumption and charged me for that type of service, but not Wilco motosave. They fixed the issue with my tyre for a mere £20. I was so pleased! (And shocked). Very honest, genuine company. I will definitely use you again in the future and recommend you to others - thank you 😊
