I visited The Swinton, Greater Manchester branch this afternoon to have my head lights checked. Earlier this week we had freezing temperatures in Manchester and my battery took the brunt of the freezing weather and so I took off my battery to recharge it, but, forgot to reconnect my lights after reconnecting the battery back up again. Terrible at bicycle repairs. I've had to use this place twice for bike repairs, both times they did a shoddy job and another bike shop had to fix their work for me. The first time two of my gears were constantly cracking to the point of being unusable. I bring it in for a service and specifically mention those two gears cracking as the main problem I need fixed.
