Been going to wilco for many years with my last two cars.i have always found the hard working team both polite and knowledgable.a price is quoted for most of the repairs and is usually the final amount to pay..advice is also offered on any future repairs if needed. The sales section is well stocked for your vehicle and bike requirements..
Usually, the guys are really helpful and manage to get the job done well (usually tyres) after giving me a breakdown of costs. Yesterday, was a different story. It was just a wiper for my car - just the one. After taking ages trying to find the right one to fit my car and spending a full 5 minutes - at least - chatting to an acquaintance of his who happened to be in the shop, while I was left standing there waiting, it turned out that the wiper didn't fit my car anyway, so, he then tried a cheaper one which did fit. 1. A massive thank you to the guys@Wilco swinton for repairing my bike. Rang up@9am and my bike was serviced and repaired by 2pm Great communication throughout discussing my options/costs and providing future maintenance tips. My gears are now so much smoother and quieter and now the bike can do the work. Would highly recommend and the guys were very supportive as next week I'm doing the Manchester to Blackpool bike ride.
Came for new tyres, which were fine and good value. Unfortunately the tracking of the car wasn't. I came back three times to have it corrected, and each time it was progressively worse. Eventually I went to Kwik fit and they put it right. Cost me an extra £80, so I do feel aggrieved. Shame really. I paid for tracking twice.
I didn’t get the guys name who helped me today, but to the guy with the Bobby hat on, THANK YOU! The whole team at wilcos today have absolutely made my day! They were so willing to help me and absolutely lovely in every way. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommending you to all my friends and family!
