RecommendedI phoned yesterday morning about a headlight that was out at 9 am, was asked to pop in at 11 am and left by 11.10 am with a bulb supplied and fitted and a working headlight. All for £20. Superb service and with a smile too. Thank you. :)

RecommendedWent to Wilco Motosave to get new windscreen wipers. The sales person Kris was extremely helpful, friendly and very customer focused. He fitted my wipers, which I was very happy with the service provided. I phoned Wilco the previous day for advice and again the man on the phone was very helpful and friendly, unfortunately; I never got his name. I would highly recommend Wilco Motosave, Malton Road, York to help you with any motoring issues.

RecommendedI had to pop into Wilco Motosae today as my car had suddenly indicated a fault. They happily ran diagnostics and after a ear drive called me back to say nothing wrong, and no charge. Fantastic service from front of house & really impressed with their customer focussed approach. We are in York for a few days so it made a tremendous difference to have this level of reassurance so quickly away from home. No branches in Scotland unfortunately.... I made a point of asking ! Well done York Wilco Motosave and thank you 👍🏻

Booked my car in for its air conditioning to be fixed. Got a call to pick it up and they told me they couldn’t do it because there was a leak. They told me to re book it in to be fixed (once they bought a part they needed) and it would cost me around £500. I decided to ignore this advice as i thought it was ridiculous considering I have a fairly new car. I took my car somewhere else today and they have managed to fix my air conditioning for £75. With the price you paid at the other place you visited it seems that you've had 'stop leak' put in and re gassed which is very wrong if there was a major leak. We did not charge for the nitrotest as a gesture of good will because you'd driven from our Selby branch, where they couldn't assist further as you required the newer gas. If ... read more
