Tesa is amazing!!!!! Unbeatable customer service. She helped me figure out how to use the product I bought and when I was still struggling with it she offered to replace it and made sure I wouldn't have any trouble with the replacement product. She's incredibly knowledgeable and her patience has no end. I will absolutely be back for this kind of customer service.
