From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine hospitality and a laid-back yet knowledgeable vibe. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with an impressive variety of top-tier products. Tesa is amazing!!!!! Unbeatable customer service. She helped me figure out how to use the product I bought and when I was still struggling with it she offered to replace it and made sure I wouldn't have any trouble with the replacement product. She's incredibly knowledgeable and her patience has no end. I will absolutely be back for this kind of customer service.
Best wild bills Ive gone too! I have one- 1 mile from my house but choose to drive to this one 10 miles away. They definitely have a huge selection of everything you need, and since I cant find my leafs anywhere else, this store keeps them stocked now! They listen and respect their customers!
Tessa always gives great customer service making good recommendations and always makes me feel welcome with a smile on her face .
