I had a great experience at Wild Bill’s. The manager on duty (katlyn) was super helpful and knowledgeable — she didn’t hover but was quick to point me in the right direction when I had questions. You can tell she knows the products and cares about making sure customers find what they need without feeling pressured. Definitely appreciated the great customer service!
I have never felt more welcomed than I did coming in this location. Katlyn was extremely knowledgeable and upbeat! Great selection and even better staff!
I entered the store on May 13, 2025. It was a day I’m likely not to forget, because of the life changing customer service I received. The two sales Ladies were very professional and knowledgeable. The shorter sales lady changed my perceptions on life and smoking accessories. She truly made me believe in love again. Recommend to everybody, will be back
I came this morning before work and Google said they open at 9. I waited in my car until 9:01 and went to go inside. The store was dark but the door was unlocked so I wasn’t sure if they were open or if something was wrong and so I went inside and said hello. I couldn’t see anybody and soon after an employee came from a room in the back and says to me “you couldn’t wait until the lights were on before you came in.” I tried explaining that I didn’t know if somebody needed help or what was going on and she continued to be rude... read more
