So Ive become something of a regular at this location in Washington twp, the customer service is absolutely stellar . Madison is so knowledgeable, Diligent and absolutely intellectual on every product.The staff is incredibly friendly, open to conversation with positive insight and a real sense of empathy. All of the employees at Wild Bill's 30 mile and Van Dyke are very friendly. It's always a pleasure shopping there. While all of the employees are great, Madison is awesome.
I love this location. The employees are always so welcoming, greeting everyone with big smiles and going above and beyond to be helpful. Kaitlyn and Jay were especially personable and incredibly helpful.
Always passed this on my way home and never thought much of it, but I’ve been in a few times recently and it’s been great. The staff are really knowledgable, Jaiden answered every question I had and knew what she was talking about. Will continue to make this my regular spot.
