I had a great experience at Wild Bill’s. The manager on duty (katlyn) was super helpful and knowledgeable — she didn’t hover but was quick to point me in the right direction when I had questions. You can tell she knows the products and cares about making sure customers find what they need without feeling pressured. Definitely appreciated the great customer service!
I have never felt more welcomed than I did coming in this location. Katlyn was extremely knowledgeable and upbeat! Great selection and even better staff!
The staff is friendly and has a wide selection of products to choose from! Nice little shop although one employee might have gone a tad bit touchy with me and made me uncomfortable not sure her name but go to court instead of her to assist you. Other than that 5/5 service!
This Wild Bills is a cut above the rest . Whoever hired these employees have an eye for talent. Very helpful when it comes to product knowledge and extremely easy to talk to. Customer Service is 5 start
Great selection. Staff are wonderful & knowledgable about the products. Loved seeing their Wild Bills at the Romeo Peach Festival!! Great job!
