Lexi helps me every time I’m there without fail. Every time I’m there she recommends a great product that I’m always satisfied with. Shane, the owner of that location. Has been nothing but friendly and helpful and gets me everything i need and has left me with nothing but great recommendations. I recently visited this location and had a genuinely positive experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Their product selection was impressive, catering to a wide range of preferences and ensuring there’s something for everyone. I look forward to returning and exploring more of their selection in the future.
This Wild Bills location is hands down one of the best establishments I have personally entered. Friendly easygoing atmosphere, mixed with neatly kept displays (I’m serious, you couldn’t find a spec of dust, if you tried.) absolutely stellar employees, and great products. I can't say enough postive things about Wild Bills! The store offers a fantastic selection of cigars. Lexi is incredibly friendly and always welcomes you with a "hello" when you walk in the door. She is very knowledgeable, always ready to answer my questions and provide assistance. They make you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I would highly reccommend Wild Bills for your cigar and tabacco needs.
I won't be back! Just wanted to grab a few packs of smokes. My young kids didn't want to sit alone in the car, so I brought them in. They weren't running or misbehaving in any way, but the tyrannical worker shouts from across the store, "Have them stand next to you." It was rude and uncalled for. My kids could have looked at the glassware, and we would have been gone in two min. I don't patronize places that have something against children.
