The nice young lady named Raven that helped me. She was very helpful when assisting me I felt she answered all my questions in detail. She even went the extra mile to assure me I wasn’t being annoying when I apologized for asking and excessive amount of questions and taking up her time. All around best service I’ve had in a while. I will most definitely be coming back to shop again.
Raven was very helpful and patient. There was a customer who was here for an hour and a half and was being slightly difficult. She handled it phenomenally and still met me with the same patience and kindness. She didn’t leave out any of the return policies if any of the items I bought and made sure we left with the receipt in the bag.
Tex is very knowledgeable and informative 👏! It is a pleasure speaking with him. He truly puts effort into establishing relationships and making company sales! Thank you Wild Bill's! I don't know Tex personally, but if you review his work, I'm sure he is overdue for recognition of a pay raise due to his efforts and dedication to the business!! (Thank me later Tex 😅)
Update: Chase gave me a call about the situation, and honestly, it made me feel a lot better about it. He shared the young lady's reasoning for asking for the ID, which, if had been explained to me at the time, would have made a lot more sense. With that said, I feel like everyone can probably walk away feeling a lot better about the situation Chase helped earn my business back. I'll be dropping in at some point to give the staff at this location a high-five and let them know there are no hard feelings.
