Raven was very helpful and patient. There was a customer who was here for an hour and a half and was being slightly difficult. She handled it phenomenally and still met me with the same patience and kindness. She didn’t leave out any of the return policies if any of the items I bought and made sure we left with the receipt in the bag.
Janeice was such a blast to talk to! She made suggestions that I absolutely loved. Excellent staff! Tex was also a big help too. If you want a great experience, please check them out!
Bought a silicon bong here just yesterday. It never worked as it was leaking immediately. Called to get details on a return and they refused return despite the fact that the product was defective. Best they could offer me was to “bring it in and see if I can figure out what’s wrong.” It’s a defective seal…. Don’t waste my gas, Jake. I hope the $20 was worth it because I will make sure they lose more than that by taking my business elsewhere.
Tex is very knowledgeable and informative 👏! It is a pleasure speaking with him. He truly puts effort into establishing relationships and making company sales! Thank you Wild Bill's! I don't know Tex personally, but if you review his work, I'm sure he is overdue for recognition of a pay raise due to his efforts and dedication to the business!! (Thank me later Tex 😅)
Update: Chase gave me a call about the situation, and honestly, it made me feel a lot better about it. He shared the young lady's reasoning for asking for the ID, which, if had been explained to me at the time, would have made a lot more sense. With that said, I feel like everyone can probably walk away feeling a lot better about the situation Chase helped earn my business back. I'll be dropping in at some point to give the staff at this location a high-five and let them know there are no hard feelings.
