Manager is super nice, store is always kept clean, the workers there have always been very helpful

Bought 4 to 5 pens over two years with coils and juice. Went to get a new pen ,couldn't use or exchange my coils with new pen. Management would not work with me , i.e. Discount or exchange my coils( not opened ). Didn't expect my business not to matter!😢
