The team is always kind. I don't think I've ever seen anyone have a bad day especially given customers being so aggressive at Times. Encounters with Cam almost feel like "friend" experience. Always listens and has input. Liam has a huge knowledge on understanding complex products. Katy is always friendly. Si putd extra effort into sales. Mike has been a good team leader and always makes thing "right". Good group
Every time I stop into Wild Bill’s, I’m impressed. The staff is not only super knowledgeable about everything they carry, but they also take the time to actually talk with you and help you find what you need without being pushy. Whether I’m picking up something new or just restocking, they always make me feel welcome and taken care of. You can tell they know their stuff and genuinely enjoy what they do. Definitely my go-to smoke shop!
This Wild Bill’s location is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I appreciate the greeting after only one step through the door. Keep this customer service going - Mike, the manager has a great team!
